Join Abandon Brewing Co in welcoming Pound...the world's first cardio jam session!
Join us in welcoming Peggy McMahon and the cardio fitness class Pound & Pour to Abandon Brewing Co! Pound is the world's first cardio jam inspired by the infectious, energetic and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
Pound & Pour is a one-hour workout session held in breweries across the country, and we are so happy to have the opportunity to host it right here in Abandon's pavilion! Pounders will cool down with one complimentary beer, wine, seltzer or cider (included with their ticket) and are encouraged to stick around for another round!
Pound & Pour is $20 per person, age 21 and older, and includes:
-1 hour Pound fitness class
-use of Pound drumsticks
-1 complimentary drink chip, good for beer, wine seltzer of cider
*Use of a yoga mat is encouraged, Peggy has a small number of these to loan out, first come, first serve.
