Charles and Rebecca Franks welcome guests to Los Gatos, their solar-powered home nestled between Seneca and Keuka Lakes just outside Penn Yan. Inspired by the beauty of the Finger Lakes region, they offer a warm, relaxed retreat that reflects their love for simple living and handcrafted hospitality.

Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and scenic farmland, Los Gatos provides an authentic Finger Lakes experience—complete with peaceful views, nearby waterfalls, and the charm of the countryside.

Each morning begins with a hearty, country-style breakfast served in the dining room or sunroom. Guests enjoy homemade baked goods, fresh ingredients, and a custom house coffee, all thoughtfully prepared to start the day right. Seasonal treats from the garden, including fresh fruit and flowers, add a special touch throughout the stay.
